Point an alias at the model its suggestions keep choosing

When turns sent as an alias such as org/fast accept the same cheaper suggested model at least 5 times in 7 days and save money, the project's Savings page offers owners and admins Point org/fast at that model. It changes the alias only after you confirm, as a Directives edit at the level that defines it, checked against the version you saw and recorded in the audit log.
