Live queries for app pages
An app's pages can now show records as they change: pass live to AutoTable or to useFindMany, useFindOne and useFindFirst, and the read runs again whenever the model's records change, whoever changes them, a Shopify sync, a job or another staff member included.
The page keeps one long poll open to its records route and hears within about a second which models changed; it then reads again through the route, so permissions and the merchant's store apply as always. Server code can ask the same with api.$changes in SDK 0.15.0.
