Reviews catch a moved stylesheet rule that leaves another file's markup unstyled

Shopify now sends each page only the {% stylesheet %} CSS of the files it renders. When a theme pull request moves or deletes a class's rule and an untouched file still uses that class out of the rule's reach, the review now says so on the line that moved the rule (or in its summary when the rule was only deleted), naming the file and line that may show unstyled. Theme Check flags the class itself, but on a line the pull request didn't change, which reviews used to drop.
