The console fits a phone

On a phone the console no longer stacks the whole sidebar above the page or keeps the rail beside it. A tab bar at the bottom opens Gateway, Apps and Auditor where you last left each, and its Menu opens a sheet with the team switcher, the section's pages, Docs, the team balance and your account. The top bar keeps the project or app and environment switchers and Deploy, an app's assistant gets the row below them, and it opens full screen.
