Pause a key

POSThttps://api.inferencebureau.com/v1/keys/{id}/pause

Pause a key: its next request gets 401 invalid_api_key, and requests it already started are stopped before they reach a provider. Unlike revoking, a pause keeps the secret, so resuming makes the same key work again. Sends a key.paused webhook with reason manual. Only an active key can be paused; pausing a paused key changes nothing.
