Resume a key

POSThttps://api.inferencebureau.com/v1/keys/{id}/resume

Resume a paused key, whether it was paused by hand, for unusual spend (alerts.pauseOnAnomaly) or after GitHub secret scanning found it. Its next request works. Resuming a key that isn't paused changes nothing.
